Complaints

This page explains how to raise a service, privacy or marketplace complaint and how WHOMA reviews it.

How to complain

Submit the complaint form or email support@whoma.co.uk. Include the account email, public profile slug or request reference where possible. Mark urgent access, safety, fraud or personal-data misuse clearly.

We acknowledge complaints within one business day and aim for a substantive response within five business days. If investigation takes longer, we will provide an interim update and next review date.

Review and escalation

We may review the minimum relevant account, audit, profile and workflow records. If the first response does not resolve the issue, ask for escalation and we will identify the next reviewer and any further evidence required.

Privacy complaints can also be made to the Information Commissioner's Office. Other statutory or professional routes remain available where applicable.
